These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to the use of the site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Laval. Broker-specific agreements may be governed by Ontario law as set forth in the applicable Letter of Intent.
